Maybe you’ve been working on your splits for a while and don’t seem to be making progress, or you simply don’t know where to start, it doesn’t matter what your current range of motion is if you are looking to improve it in a safe and effective manner, this workshop is for you.


We will start by understanding the mechanics of the middle splits, the strength and flexibility parts of it, the difference between split and straddle. We will go through the common cues and myths we hear and see if they are actually valid.

In the second part of the workshop, we will work on drills to help you progress towards the middle splits

Keep in mind, that it’s not a quick fix so don’t expect to slide effortlessly into your splits if you’ve never attempted the pose before.

Everything takes time and consistency so there will also be a 4 weeks program that will be released after the workshop to help you in reach your goals The program is not included in the workshop but you will get a discount once it’s live!
