Vinyasa classes can be an active or "no sweat" format. Desk-side yoga is also an option. Specific areas of the body can be targeted such as back, neck and shoulders for staff with a predominantly sitting position.

Our sessions can be held on-site at your workplace or virtually, and can be arranged for any time that is convenient for you and your employees.

Sessions usually run between 30 to 55 minutes but longer experiences can be provided.
